Way back 2007, hubby and I with friends went to Ilocos for a holiday. We visited this beach near the house we rented. We did not go for a swim though but it was an awesome sight specially early in the morning.
My friend Liss is getting married in September. A week ago she already asked for our passport details for invitation purposes. As for me... I've been denied twice by Canadian consul due to lack of financial support, so hubby and I been thinking if this will happen again to us this time since its the same old story.. we don't have millions(with exaggeration of course) of money in the bank which the embassy is asking from us as a proof that we'll be coming back. I can't blame them cause I know that they are just doing their job. But... we are really sincere that we definitely are coming back since there is nothing for us in there and our work/ministry is here in the Phils. sigh!
During our team devotion this morning I was being led to share about how important friends is to me than earthly treasures. For to me friends are more than any wealth I have on this earth. I thank God for all of them.
This picture of us was taken year 2008, three months before my wedding. It was indeed a lovely sight though the climb was hard for me. But I made it to the top!
Taal Volcano is reported that will gonna erupt anytime soon, lets just all pray that it wont because lots of Filipinos living in that place will be harmed and their source of income will be affected also.
This was a swimming treat from a dear family friend. At first I thought of not going because I was assuming I would still be tired from a 2 day cooking galore at our house for two ministry events. But I was so thankful that I did went because it was so fun. I enjoyed it very much! The slide were all indeed great and fun!
Early this year hubby and I went to Malaysia for a two weeks mission trip. Though the trip was a financial struggle but still we made it.
In September my close friend who is a Canadian by birth and now lives in Elmira near Toronto is getting married on the 18th, so hubby and I were invited to this wedding (I just don't know if God will grant this trip coz not only this is very expensive.. its also hard to get a visa).
Then, on October hubby and I has a two weeks mission trip to Cambodia with some youth since this is the nature of our work.. equipping the youth and giving them opportunity to experience cross cultural mission.
And lastly, on December-hubby and I thought of going somewhere (probably Bangkok, Thailand) with some friends (but I would like this trip to be purely holiday!)
...we may have plans but the Lord's will be done still! (cause without HIM we are nothing!)
